Recaptcha V3 always returning 0.9 score even on automated tests

Hello, we are planning on upgrading our recaptcha versions from v2 to v3.
We currently have it deployed to a dev environment, but have noticed that the score returned does not change at all.
It always returns a score of 0.9 for all users including automated tests we run using selenium webdriver.

We've tried accessing outside our network and within as well as multiple browsers.
We believe we have everything setup correctly so were just unsure why there is no discrepancies with the scores we acquire.

We also do not see anything on the dashboard yet, but I have ready it may be because we dont have sufficient traffic and may need to wait a couple of days.
Any input to help would be appreciated.

reCAPTCHA learns by seeing real traffic on your site. For this reason, scores in a staging environment or soon after implementing may differ from production.

Hello, I have the same issue but for me this happens even when I use the googlebot header. And the weird thing is, that for one site (key-secret pair) it is working proper but for all other I always get a success response with the score 0.9.
