Re-captcha error - The answer you entered for the CAPTCHA was not correct every time

I added captcha(7.x-1.4) and recaptcha(7.x-2.1+4-dev) module to my drupal site.

But I am getting "The answer you entered for the CAPTCHA was not correct" every time. I checked the google verify response is same as "g-recaptcha-response" value which is sending in form submission.

On local server it's working fine with the given google keys but not working on live server with same keys. I also added both urls on google settings.

I searched many sites but I didn't get any working solution.

My php version is 5.6 and drupal version is 7.54
