We use the recaptcha and have a large percentage of customers who would find this inapproaite. Google - why is this coming up in your recaptcha images?

how can i avoid this in the future?

Hi Jarrod,

Thanks for reporting the image. We're sorry this happened and have taken actions to remove it from reCAPTCHA.

reCAPTCHA does have a filtering process to prevent offensive images from serving. However, this one happened to slip through it. We'll keep strengthening our process to capture all the inappropriate images for better user experience.

We have also gotten an inappropriate image forwarded to us by a user. This is embarrassing professionally. Is more being done to fix this?

Hi,

We've also had an offensive image reported in a captcha on one of our websites. It was reported to be a concentration camp photo. It's the checked, bottom-left image in the attached file.
Any response would be appreciated.
