ReCaptcha V2 not clickable on Chrome for some clients

Hello,

ReCaptcha V2 is working ok on Chrome both desktop and mobile, I have no issues.  Still, for some clients of mine that are using Chrome browsers on desktop, reCaptcha V2 is not clickable. It is showing OK, but when they try to click, nothing happens, no error. What could this be?

reCaptcha and I have issues... obviously it was complicating my website and a full understanding on how to fiix issues is still lacking
