Does Recaptcha support double-byte languages?

The site we are planning to utilize Recaptcha on has the need to
support double-byte languages such as Japanese, Chinese and Korean. I
have searched this group and the developer docs for Recaptcha and have
not seen anything to document the support of these languages.

I am going to test the custom translations, but was wanted more formal
documentation from Recaptcha.

Custom translation works on client side so as long as the browser
supports it, there's no reason why it won't work.

Are these the complete list of custom_translation strings that are
needed to be translated for all of the text w/in Recaptcha?
