403 forbidden preventing reCAPTCHA from showing

Hi reCAPTCHA Group

I've used the php option to add recaptcha to my site.

The iframe doesn't load the recaptcha form because there is a 403
forbidden error...

Request Method:GET
Status Code:403 Forbidden

I've checked my public and private keys are correct. What else should
I be checking?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
