reCAPTCHA just clicks

I've been having a problem with Ticketmaster's reCAPTCHA security
check, and ONLY Ticketmaster's, as numerous other sites that use
reCAPTCHA give me no problems. When the security check seems to be
accepting my reCAPTCHA submission (after rejecting me once or twice),
it just sits there, clicking. Forever if I don't kill it. Just
clicking. Click click click and I never get anywhere, clicking for
hours. I've the latest Java, I've confirmed that active scripting is
enabled, I've disabled my PCTools firewall, all to no end. Buying
tickets over the phone is extremely slow and supremely tedious.

Sorry, you'll have to complain to Ticketmaster about that. No one here
can do anything about their web site's problems.

Just to confirm that, (unless you're very lucky and one of TM's dev's is on here, or someone else knows what this particular problem is) you're unlikely to get a solution here, and will have to contact TM directly.

Thanks, I'm getting that impression. After holding forever, the cust Svc person had nothing to say, hadn't heard of such a problem. IOW, completely unhelpful. This was a desperation post,pure and simple
