Large percentage of customers getting low scores (0.1,0.3)

We recently upgraded Captcha version from Captcha V2 to V3 on live (production) site  Clubs.scholastic.com  on 04/18.  Its noticed that a very large percentage of traffic is getting low scores (0.1,0.3 etc.) from captcha v3.  Added Captcha script on almost all pages on customer browse path - https://clubs.scholastic.com/

 

Interestingly, google Captcha v3 is returning 0.1 score for about 30% of traffic on all pages including Payment page.  

Questions:

1.      Is this large percentage of customers getting low scores expected ?

2.      Anything that we are doing incorrect in the implementation or settings?

3.      Any suggestion for improvement?
