ReCaptcha issues on Tumblr Chrome? Automated queries+ more

So I noticed this issue a bit ago, but of course there is 0 support or answers so I'm bringing it here.

Primarily on Tumblr, I am having some strange issues. 

Let's say I have a normal window open, no incognito. If someone is using a typical tumblr url, their blog functions normally. However, if they use a custom domain (.co, .jp, etc.), tumblr will treat me as if I am not logged in. If I try to send an ask to someone in that state, the captcha will be there but will not bring up any options, just immediately changed to verified when clicked, and will get this error message when I hit send:

This issue however will not persist in incognito mode, which might make you think "it must be an extension/plugin", but I'm not sure if any of mine would cause this. Tried disabling all of them, but doesn't seem to help.

So let's say I decide to open an incognito window, and I am prompted with the ReCaptcha. 

If I theoretically get "click all the pictures of cars", upon clicking them it takes a full 6 seconds to load the new image, which is much longer than previously. So, because of this I try the sound one. I hit the picture of the headphone jack, and get this message:

I have tried other browsers, but no matter what, I STILL get the above message about automated queries.

I am not knowingly running anything that would interfere, this is a private network with only myself on it, I don't believe my ISP is doing anything with my IP, as I work for my ISP, but my IP wouldn't be different from any regular residential account, and other people don't have this issue on tumblr. 

So I'm literally begging does ANYONE have any idea of what I could do? Much appreciated.
