Banned on reCAPTCHA

Hi everybody!

So, subject says it all. I'm banned, but I'm not a spammer or
something like this.
Is there a way to remove this ban? I feel very uncomfortable with it -
I can't post messages on some forums, can't use facebook etc...

Where should I send my request?

Bans usually affect IP address. If you're not doing anything, then
maybe your computer is (infected by some malware). Also if you're
sharing this IP address, then you might want to check with other
people as well.

Other than that, just follow the instruction on the banned page.

Thanks for a reply, but I don't understand where is this "banned
page". For example, on http://www.google.com/recaptcha/learnmore I get
this message in the place where recaptcha should have been:

We're sorry...
... but your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To
protect our users, we can't process your request right now.

I reinstalled the system several times while being banned (I'm banned
for about half a year already), but problem is still there.
So, what exactly can I do about now? I hope there will be something
except to wait when these "automated queries" will stop being sent
from my network provider (or from someone from our subnetwork): I
already mentioned that it happens for a long time already.

I wrote an example in my previous post, but on most sites (ex.
facebook) recaptcha just wouldn't load without any errors.

Btw, if I have a banned IP address, is there any way to fix this? I'm
asking because one of the sites said that my IP is banned on recaptcha
when I tried to view captcha.

The problem, as stated, seemed to be a problem with reCAPTCHA in
particular, (re: the mention of Facebook) not google's own pages which
that link refers to (hence my asking for the wording.)
