Recaptcha 2 not working with Safari

I have a web form using Recaptcha 2.  It works perfectly in Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge.  When using Safari (latest version), the user can click on the box that says "I'm not a robot", it will show the images, but when the user clicks on any of the images the image panel goes white.  This is only happening in Safari and yes we have cleared cache and tried private browser.  Any ideas or advice are greatly appreciated.
