Slow response time from Google Recaptcha, that is always more than 21 seconds

Hi,

As the title says I'm getting verification responses from Google Recaptcha that takes over 21 seconds.

On other machines, the same code base and php versions, the verification response is less than 1 second.

Can any one help in resolving the issue ?

I will provide further information as needed.
