Websense issue for captcha

One of our clients have implemented captcha authentication for their
website which allows only 5 logins from a publica ip adress.We have
implemented an internet security -websense-and websites are allowed ip
based.is it possible to get the complete iprange of captch so that we
can allow in websense.Currenly the image is not being loaded as it is
being filtered in websense
