I hate reCAPTCHA

Ok, so I'm a web developer myself so i can understand why its important to protect forms from auto submission (aka bots).

But the current state of reCAPTCHA makes me furios, not only as a developer but also (or even more so) as a normal user.

I remember when reCAPTCHAV2 started. Back then it was nothing more than a simple tick of a box. Then they added these infuriating puzzles. Then they got more and more and more over time. It seemded, that the more reCAPTCHAs one had to solve, the more puzzles would appear.

Nowadays, I have to solve 5 - 10 of these goddamn puzzles everytime i want to access something that is protected with recaptcha.

Its boring, its annoying its NOT USER FRIENDLY.

And i remember the good old times, when typing a simple word was enough.

So i sit here, drinking some goode olde 12yo whiskey and come to the simple conclusion:

FIX THIS MESS!
