Endless Recaptcha Loop

I just upgraded all my computers to the most recent version of Windows 10 "Creators Build" and I'm using the most up to date version of Google Chrome. I checked to make sure both Chrome's were using the latest version and they are.

When I go to Craigslist and hit reply on a post it brings up a ReCaptcha. I tick the little box and the green checkmark comes up and then it wants me to do it again and again and again and again and it never lets me respond.

I have dumped all browser cache and cookies and everything. Nothing is letting me in, I even changed the DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and that didn't help either. Any idea what is happening here.

I am getting the same error when going to craigslist. Recaptcha is looping the whole time. Does the same thing on other websites I go to.

This is not a bug.  It only happens on US craigslist websites.   I am in Eastern Europe and it doesn't happen on craigslist Berlin or Prague.   It started happening two days ago when Microsoft forced me to reboot and reload who knows what.   I suspect they got their hand slapped by the EU courts in Luxembourg and they dare not pull any more stunts in Europe, or else.  My guess is that it has something to do with the announcement that came with the latest Microsoft upgrade regarding new security measures that were put in place.  $10 says they are corkscrewing Craig to try to get him to buy Microsoft's version of recaptcha.   It's not like Craig is not making lots of money off of the paid portions of craigslist ads.

I also can't get pass by the I am not robot recaptcha in Craigslist. Any solutions?
