CAPTCHA 'Verify' Doesn't Work For Me

I don't have my own CAPTCHA but I need to test other's CAPTCHA. The CAPTCHA wants to continue testing me without any 'verification' result. This didn't happen before. Now, it doesn't matter if I get the right answers CAPTCHA wants me to keep playing the game forever even though I'm getting the right answers. 

How Can I get all those Captcha's out there to work properly as soon as I get the right answer?

Please advise.
