Audio Captcha No Longer Citing Instructions - Take 6

[Note: I am posting this issue again in the hope of getting a
response.]

The Audio reCaptcha Challenge used to begin by giving instructions to
the user. Something like: "Type the words that you hear clearly." The
user would get the instructions, then a word and digit audio captcha.

Now, there are no instructions on the audio.

Last April (2011) there was a similar issue with not getting
instructions and I was told that Google was working on improving the
language detection. I was told, as a work-around, to specify the
language parameter in the RecaptchaOptions. We did that and we started
getting the instructions again.

Now, however, even though we are specifying "en" as the language, we
are again not getting instructions.

Even the Google "demo" recaptcha no longer gives instructions on the
audio. Check it out and see for yourself:

On March 29th (2012), I was told a bug related to some
internationalization changes that were made. I have not heard anything
since then and it is still not working.

Please advise.

Hi,

We made some changes last week to avoid a security breach of our audio
captcha ( http://arstechnica.com/security/2012/05/google-recaptcha-brought-to-its-knees/
). While we can't give you a date, we are working hard to bring back
audio instructions in a captcha that continues to balance ease of use
and security.
