hi i got problem with the google captcha and how can we contact

direclythe google support devlopement team ?

did they look this forum here or nobody care about the bug of google ?

Your best bet is to just post the issue you're having. Be as specific as possible. Also make it clear whether you're the web developer trying to put reCAPTCHA in or you're a user trying to respond to a reCAPTCHA challenge and having an issue.

Also, try the demo site. If you don't see the same problems at the demo site then it may be an issue with how the reCAPTCHA was integrated into the website and not actually a problem with reCAPTCHA itself.

and this html code on the page its always happen on Yobit.net Poloniex battlebit.co and cryptonator too maybe its about their Cloudflare hosting site.

its about javascript i think not sure about the code.. hehe

If the demo site looked like what is described in the "Why is this happening to me?" link:

Then that means that you have javascript disabled and site's security settings don't allow that. Turning on javascript for your browser should fix that.

If the demo site looks completely normal, then maybe you have compatibility mode set for the site's domain or maybe the site isn't implementing reCAPTCHA correctly.

If you have set compatibility mode for the site's domain, then try taking the site out of the compatibility mode list, but if you haven't done anything with that, then contact the site's support and let them know that you are having problems with their site's reCAPTCHA, but that you don't have any problems with the google reCAPTCHA demo site.

hi i try many of solution nothing work even on safari and seamoney and chrome with the version i can on win xp.



maybe its google change something in their script since 2 week or its the network of poloniex cryptonator yobit host web site humm

well once again i have this bug lol its very strange

maybe cheking for dial up and firefox user issue about catpcha

on Friday again i faced problem with captcha before this on 8th june the captcha not resolving resolving everytime while solving captcha again a new captchas seen how this problems can be overcome. In this way it is a big problem,

When I said to contact the site's support, I meant the owner of the site that you're trying to access - nothing can be done from Google's side (at least that's my opinion based on what you've described so far). If it works when using the Google demo site then the problem is with the site that's using reCAPTCHA or your browser's settings are different for the site where you're having problems. If you haven't done anything special to your browser for the site, then you really need to contact support for the site.

I am sorry to even be here. I have been having problems with Recaptcha for a few months now. I send Google support an email every day and get not help. I have been trying to process sweepstakes entries. Most of the time the recaptcha will open and give me 9 choices to click on. If they are cars, the click fades and I cannot process. If they are storefronts, or roads, the same happens. If they are street signs, it takes me through 5 or 6 different sets then reverts to cars or autos. Then it starts all over again. Why can't they fix this screwup. I think they should just junk the software. Since it isn't worth anyone's time or trouble. This is the only email I could find and they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING .he...@recaptcha.net

I am so disgusted with this app. If I could, I would blow it up with a stick of dynamite.
