Password not working

My son has had a account and we've reset the password to try and recover his account. But even with the new password it's telling us we have the wrong password. Can anyone tell me what the email address is for Roblox directly so we can fix this situation?

OK sir select forgotten password and then write your contact number perhaps it will do work
