I have an office that has a huge number of computers and I have one connection with fixed ip address, for about 2 weeks ago he started receive this message "Your computer or your network may be sending automated queries." from any website that uses Google reCAPTCHA...

There is anything that I can do to inform Google that he is a Office? And not a robot ?

I have been using the same network almost for 1 year, now why is this happening.

I have 56,000 user affected and getting no where with it the website you reference is not helpful.  is there any testing we can do to understand what traffic reCAPATCHA thinks is suspicious?

Your computer or your network may be sending automated queries. - This all has to do with IP Address.  When I was with the phone company I could re-set my router and I would appear as a new IP.  Now I am with Cable and my IP does not change.   Thus I get blocked. AND - if other users get blocked the whole domain of my cable company seems to get blocked.  While recaptcha has it's advantages it is not a great product as it is blocking more people than it is allowing!

I have the Same Problem, but I have this Problem just when I Loged in with my Google Account. Then I have this Problem in every Network.

I think my Account is on a Blacklist. I had a moth ago a Programm that propably sent automaticaly requests. But the Problem doesn't go away.
