Captcha using German election advertisement from a right wing Nazi party called NPD

HI,

I came across this captcha which is showing political advertisement for the German right wing Nazi party called NPD. The banner is saying Thüringen votes German. It is certianly no street sign (Straßenschilder) and I don´t think it should be used as captcha.

Is there a way to get this particular captcha removed?
