reCAPTCHA for localhost

I want to have reCAPTCHA keys for our web based project. As we are not going to host it on the www how can we get public and private key for running it on localhost?
Or say other ways to have reCAPTCHA keys for localhost means without having website address. I somewhere read that any key works for localhost but i have tried it it did not work.

No man its not like that. Actually we are building a project for competition So we want to put some type of captcha so its not going to be hosted on www but we want to show that our app is secure against bot attack :) .

So, in fact, your server isn't 'localhost'? It's an IP address on some subnet somewhere.
