Issues with Captcha or WordFence, unable to tell which

Good morning! 

I hope you're all well and having a cracking start to the week. 

I have a website, www.greydientjobs.com, which works with the Google reCAPTCHA and also the WordFence plugin is in effect. 

A lot of potential users are having many issues in registering on the website and also logging in to some extent. 

Initially I put it down to user error as I had no issues myself, however I think it may be something to do with certain IP addresses or locations flagging up as spam or maybe even something else. 

If anybody has some advice or even has issues of their own when trying to register, please let me know and I'll be extremely grateful.

Hi,

I have a similar problem. I can''t login or have access to my wordpress dashboard anymore for some reason. 

I have both Google reCAPTCHA and Wordfence. I keep receiving an reCAPTCHA error message as I try to login or attempt to get anew password.

Have you found out about what causes the issue? Please let me know.

Unfortunately I’ve still not found a solution.

I have however adjusted the settings on my WordFence plugin and haven’t had any complaints since. 

My site is a job board for older workers, so I thought it was user error, but it appears to be more than that.

I finally managed to login.

I reset my password through phpMyAdmin. Then enter the new password  followed by a space and wf..... (the six-digit code wordfence sent it to me via text message.)

But I think your issue maybe more complicated than mine.

At first I thought it was user error, but then I started to get locked out of my own website and the captcha wasn’t moving past the “pick x images” bit.
