The only way is to change to another IP address. Or to wait, try the next day, etc.

This is no guarantee however, especially if the IP is used by others (shared) as many are.

Sad.

I am having the same problem! When I try the visual one I can't seem to see them all that clearly and the audio ones are nearly impossible to guess at what they are saying! I wish they could make these tests a little easier for us regular people. Isn't there SOME other way to verify that we are real people without causing such anxiety that I have to take a Xanax when I'm done! LOL! I adore this site in every other way! I just wish I could gain access to it!

Thanks for raising the issue to us.

Unfortunately it may happen to good users like you for a few reasons:

  • You may be on a shared network that is being used abusively

  • Your internet service provider may have recently assigned you a suspicious IP address

  • The site you are trying to access may be currently under heavy attack

To troubleshoot these issues, please look at the unusual traffic help page, or try again the next day.

Best Regards,

You forgot one very important thing!!!!!

Many of us elders no longer have the best contrast sensitivity.  The figures are often not only blurred but also of low contrast.  Sometimes I have to go through several pages before I can get past the test.  It's extremely aggravating and I am sure there are a lot others out there who would say the same thing.

My career was in AI and I would have been embarrassed to often a product that had so many false positives.  Surely Google with all the money you have can come up with something better!
