I have seen this topic posted many times but cannot find solution... I have the reCAPTCHA working great in Firefox and Chrome.  In IE 9 it does not validate text entered every time - even though it is entered correctly.

I have validated the code of contact.php and mailform.php (validation file) with validator.w3.org and with jigsaw.w3.org and have no errors.

Could it be the frameset that is embedded from Google - Do I have the wrong DOCTYPE?  I am using:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

It seems I am the only one responding to my post....
I found that if you turn on Compatibility View in Tools in IE9 it works.  I have no idea why...

This path: http://wellhealthusa.com/new/contact.php does not provide any html source for me to view when I try it. You may be working on it and have it offline, perhaps?

In any event, you may try searching the recent posts for the problem with <table><form></form></table> tag ordering in your form. I seem to remember that problem was worse for some browsers/versions than for others. Probably if you just search for <table> you'll find a relevant post. Basically, if the form is inside the table, rather than the other way around, some browsers won't cooperate with reCAPTCHA.

That would be my first thought. Good luck.
