Recaptcha Terms of service and privacy

Hi Guys,

We have a customer that wishes to implement recaptcha.

They are part of the banking industry and have some rigged security compliance to follow and the following question came up:

1) What are the term of usage of recaptcha? the link www.google.com/recaptcha/terms seems to be down.
    The customer wish to new if there is any user information regarding the user/session that Google keep?

2) I would assume not, but they asked :)....
    Is there an option to an offline recaptacha service? One they can implement internally without world facing connection?

My interpretation is that there aren't Terms of Service specific to reCAPTCHA and their generic, Google Terms of Service and Site Policies applies.
