HTTP error 503 when loading captcha

Hi,

I'm a network operator from a small community driven hotspot ISP in Kiel, Germany.

For quite some time now our users need to solve reCAPTCHAs to gain access to google services. That's all fine and dandy but recently (about a week ago) reCAPTCHA stopped working for us.

Visually the broken reCAPTCHA looks like this:

As you can see the actual captcha content does not load.

Digging a little deeper I found that what seems to be the request for the captcha content is met with yet another captcha:

Obviously reCAPTCHA will not work for our users if the reCAPTCHA API requires us to solve another captcha to load the content of a captcha.

Has anybody else experienced this yet or does anybody know a way to remove Networks from Googles blacklist? Is there anyone you can contact for technical inquiries like this one?
