I know the terms and conditions said the user needed to be informed recaptcha was being used and that the terms of use and the privacy policy needed to be linked.
Is it okay from a legal standpoint to provide the same information in a footer or something instead of the grecaptcha-badge?

Would be great if anybody has a official statement to this issue. For months there are users asking this kind of question and no official statement or solutions were provided yet.
Is it possible to push the thread or share it directly to a reCaptcha member via twitter or something?
