I asked vBulletin, maybe you guys know?

Hello vBulletin community and support!

I run a pretty nice sized gaming community, and we've just moved to a
fresh copy of vBulletin version 3.7.0 Beta 3. Notice there's no users
yet, well I'm having a bit of a problem.

I've signed up at captcha's official site, and I've obtained the
public and private keys for http://sincityrp.com. I've entered these
keys into the control panel, I have all fonts, etc. installed on the
system as every other verification service works fine. The problem is,
when I test out my own registration system, this is what I get:

Code:

Image verification could not be verified due to server issues. Please
try again later.

This isn't much of a verbose error and I'm already at the end of my
rope after spending a whole day getting this ready. I've researched
and found nothing helpful pertaining to this error.

My forums are located here:

http://forums.sincityrp.com

Please, if you can point me in the right direction for getting this
resolved, myself and my hundreds of community members would greatly
appreciate it. The software is great, and I'd really like to get past
this problem as I bet it's something really simple and stupid.

Thanks,
John

Attached is an working example script quote.php.
Script quote.php has the public key and scrip validateForm has the private key.
Be aware of the subdomain of your test and production server.
When you request keys for www.mydomain.com, you can test from te...@mydomian.com, not from localdomain.
So your URL shoud read something like: test.mydomain.com
Cheers,

Hi,

Is your server set up so that you can resolve DNS queries and contact the internet from your server? It'd also help if you could try out a simple PHP script (like the one John Zoetebier attached), as that can be more easily modified to test out different potential issues.
