Recaptcha verification passed automatically without puzzle

Hi Guys,

I am using recpatcha for application. Its working good most of the time. Some times I am facing below issue with all browsers including chrome and IE.

When I clicked on I am not robot check box, instead of giving puzzle it is getting checked as shown below. I expect some puzzle to solve on click on I am not robot check box. But I am not getting it. And checkbox verified automatically. 

Most worry is, it is not happening always. Most of the time I get puzzle, but sometimes I am not.

That's a good thing. It's how it's supposed to work. That is called the No CAPTCHA ReCAPTCHA. If ReCAPTCHA has already gathered enough confidence that the user is human, then it won't ask the user to do anything. If the activity that the user goes through makes ReCAPTCHA start to wonder it the user is human again, then it will ask them to do something more than just checking the box to prove they are human.

These instances show up in your ReCAPTCHA analytics page too - they are the blue bars on the graph.
