[BUG] reCAPTCHA v2 - Mobile Zoom Issue

Hello,

I have noticed an issue in reCAPTCHA v2 when zooming on a mobile device. (Tried on a Nexus 5 with Chrome) This is re-producible on the external demo sizes as well as in our application. (E.g: http://demo.codeforgeek.com/google-captcha/)

Reproduction:

You can also re-produce this in a Chrome desktop browser using the mobile emulation. Navigate to the demo page, start the dev tools (F12), click the mobile emulation button and then select the Nexus 5 device. Refresh the page and zoom in using the emulator's zoom buttons in the top right (Not using the browser's zoom), then click on the reCAPTCHA check box and scroll around the page. You will find that the challenge dialogue moves around the screen and isn't correctly pinned to the check box. It is very easy to lose the dialogue when it goes off screen in an unpredictable was.
