problem with noscript version

Hi, I'm located in Russia and noscript version looks like full of question marks for me (see screenshot).

I found a workaround by forcing English using hl=en, but it looks like a bug.

I got this in several browsers FF10, IE8, Opera 11.61

I see this problem on demo page too http://www.google.com/recaptcha/demo/?lang=ru

so, can you fix it?

Looks fine here:  http://i256.photobucket.com/albums/hh189/PaulJHerring/recaptcha_ru.png. Using Firefox 10.0 under Linux.

The same also applies for the greek version. If you turn of Javascript
and try to view the following page:

http://www.google.com/recaptcha/demo/?lang=el

in Google Chrome everything is OK, but in Firefox and Internet
Explorer the greek letters are displayed as question marks. The page
content encoding is set to UTF-8, but I think that the characters are
not in the correct format.

I am trying to use the french version with no javascript, and the accented characters inside the iframe do not render properly (however the rest of the page renders fine).

I have same trouble in Japanese. In case of Ineternet Explorer,FireFox , i got bad Character.

Does Anybody know workaround of that?
