Dynamically load recaptcha

I have a site that each page is loaded via AJAX. So the URL to each
page is http://domain.com/#page. If a normal URL is used (http://
domain.com/page) it works fine because the recaptcha JavaScript
executes when the page loads.

How I can dynamically load the reaptcha. What is the JavaScript
function call the initiates it?
