reCaptcha V2.0 Inappropriate Images

Hi Team,

We have been using reCaptcha v2.0 one of State Health department website. 

We have been getting complaints from Doctor's office staff as they are getting inappropriate subliminal images.

I have attached one of the image. Do we have any options/settings to avoid such type of images.

Greatly appreciate for any suggestions to prevent such type of images.
