hi,
I have recently implemented reCaptcha v3 over a contact us form, and some users are identified by reCaptcha as bots (score = 0.1),
although they are legit users  based on the data submitted by them (which is going to a log file in case they get reCaptcha score lower then 0.3),
does anyone have any idea what can be the problem?
or, alternatively, what can users do to prove reCaptcha v3 that they are actually humans?
thank you,
Ziv

From what's logged: can you tell, or infer, the client browser and version?
