IMPORTANT: New verification error code: "captcha-timeout"

Hi all, 

If your application or plugin does not handle reCAPTCHA verification error codes differently, you can stop reading now - this does not affect you.

reCAPTCHA will start returning the response "false\ncaptcha-timeout" when a verification is performed on a CAPTCHA challenge that has exceeded the CAPTCHA timeout.  This change is expected to roll out in the next two weeks.
