what should the radius of the rockers be? i understand
that the cradle should not rock more than 10* to either side.....
any suggestions on this???
stephen
I have no idea what the radius should be, but 10" to either side sounds
like a hell of a lot. Sure you could maybe rock it that far but I don't
think the kid would like it much. Rocking just a couple of inches each
directions should be far enough I would think, no matter how far you
COULD rock it.
I have gone out to find myself. If I return before I get back, keep me
here.

I think he meant 10 DEGREES which is what is specified in the FAQ on
making cradles. I prefer swing cradles- and mother doesn't have to bend so
far to get to the child.

I recently made one of about that size from a book plan, and it works
great. The rocker radius is 21".
thanks again...
