Hi,

If anyone could provide me with info on this bandsaw I would be grateful.
This is a 20", 3 HP machine that cost 1295.00 which seems like a good
price. I want to use the bandsaw to resaw lumber that's 10 - 12" thick.
Will this machine handle it? Does anyone own one of these and if so could
you give me the pro's and con's.

Thanks in advance,

My woodturning neighbor buddy is a real pain in the behind...
He bought the above....
It cuts beautifully.....we cut bowl blanks up to 14" thick and in very
wet wood....has the right stuff to power right on through.....
He resaws up to 14" stuff too....it has enough power...
He added another vacuum port to extract the dust...he put it in
the bottom corner away from the motor....now he has only traces
of sawdust remaining after a big job.....I know he and I heartily
recommend this grizzely as one tough saw...
