I've found two web-sites with plans for an artist's easel so far:

A sturdy and moderately complex one at
http://www.itg.uiuc.edu/people/grosser/easel/
and a much simpler one at
http://www.am-wood.com/july97/easel.html

Does anyone know of any others? I'm particularly interested in a table-top
easel.

Thanks
Norm

The book "Shop-Tested Small Furniture You Can Make-Wood Magazine" has a nice
table top easel. You might find the book at your local library or can be
bought for less than $10.
