Go to www.iwindsurf.com and click Ontario.
You will need a steamer at least. Water is 1-2C,but sailing is great.
Have wind.

Hi Silvax,

Below are some Ontario windsurfing links you may find helpful. I think a lot of Toronto windsurfers head up to Lake Simcoe which is about an hour north of Toronto, near Barrie. I don't know about sailing in Toronto or west of the City except that there's good sailing on Lake Erie and Lake Huron.. Don't worry, no matter where you sail in Ontario (except maybe parts of  Lake Superior) the water temperature is not 1-2 degrees C in the summer. The only time of the year that it is that cold is just after the ice leaves. In the summer you can end sailing with shorts, a shortie or a steamer depending on the air temperature.

Please check out iwindsurf.com and you will see the most popular spots
listed with directions. Call your local windsurf shops: Board Sports
Silent Sports. Lake Simcoe is supposed to be like Hawaii in the
summer. That is what I've heard but I never been there.
