Volunteers needed to test application that tells u when its gonna blow

I wrote an application that installs to your cell phone or PDA that
you can use to retrieve the current wind/forecast for any airport or
personal weather station anywhere in the
US/Canada/Caribbean/France/Germany. It will also notify you via SMS
message when its going to blow (within the next 24 hours) or IS
blowing for any of those locations (you set the threshold). I wrote
the application for windsurfers/kiters/sailors because I was sick of
missing the wind and/or driving to the lake only to be skunked.

I'm looking for volunteers who live in Germany or France to use the
application for free and give me feedback. I've already fully tested
this in North America and the Carib.

details on the application if you want. So far, windsurfers and kiters
are loving the application more so than Sailboat racers primarily for
the notification capabilities.
