Well,

Last week, I was travelling around Crozon (northern
of La Torche), where big waves are frequent. We enjoyed
high jumps and surfs.
But on Wednesday, the wind was blowing very high, the
waves were about 4 meters high; the wind was almost
on-shore and also the shore-break was very spred ( about
500 meters!!).

P. Belbeoc'h and his shaper, Olivier, were sailing
at the point where the waves were breaking; then he must
have fallen in a too big wave and sank...; the police
try a reanimation on the beach but it was two late....


To respect him, most of the windsurfers stopped
sailing this afternoon......

the death of olivier has been a real shock for us he was a really famous shaper
and a great man we must think about his familly and about p belbeock who doesn
t need so crual sort olivier will miss windsurf world
