Nope. Just started broadcasting the signal in VC2+ format. Right now it
is in fixed key mode. Anyone with a currently subscribed module should be
able to receive the signal. Those without modules should probably tune
over to FoxNews.

By the way, the MSNBC VC identifying tag which displays on the screen
when you press the "View" button identifies it as "America's Talking", so
it's probably a good bet that they are still using the old uplink gear
from their predecessor.
