On my model 920 4DTV,I am able to receive Nebraska PBS channels 601-603
on Telstar 5,C-Band.However,there is a lineup of additional ITV
(instructional television) channels numbered 610-617 that I cannot
receive even though for several months I have tried to acquire through
rehits,signal peaking, and LNB adjustments.On these channels and the
status board it says I am receiving a more than adequate signal to pick
up these stations,and there is no indication that these are scrambled by
the status usage codes.The question is,are these channels SPOT BEAMED
just to the Nebraska regional area only and that is why I cannot receive
them? Or is there a different technical issue involved here?

The 920/921 is not designed to receive channels with
a symbol rate lower than 19510. The SR for those
channels is 14630.

There are some 920's that seem to be able to receive
channels with lower SR's, but there are no guarantees
that any of them will.
