Wireless Battery operated camera

Hi. I have done a few webcasts of local baseball games with 1 camera,
however I would like to get a small camera to put up high over the
batter. I was thinking of using an inexpensive battery powered
wireless camera. Size does not matter, however I would need video
output to a switcher, battery powered and at least 30 fps. Does anyone
know of any to use? It does not need to be super quality but good
enough for an average size webcast say 320x240 or 640x480.
