Looking for unused train tracks in NYC area (and yoga studio, imposing plaza)

Hey all!

Longtime lurker, first-time poster. Hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday! Any ideas for these locations?

I'm shooting a short and looking for unused train tracks in the NYC area, either near Williamsburg or in Queens.

Also looking for a yoga studio with lots of light and beautiful wooden floors.

Also looking for an imposing plaza in midtown or downtown NYC, relatively empty in the mornings. We want the main character to sit down and look alienated, surrounded by metal and glass. Extra points if the plaza feels like it's trying to be friendly.
