Every time I contact them regarding a DVD that they failed to send me I
recieve this Bullshit email from them.

Thanks all for the reply to my post.
If everyone posted their discontent and experience's with Express.com, mabe
they would STOP pissing people off, and run their business properly.
Also we might save a lot of people money.

I think its run by bankers now and they only have one tea-lady who comes
round on Wednesday afternoons to post out the dvds.

The guy who answers emails allegedly died in 1973 but was kept on in order
to keep costs down.

So you see its a staffing issue. The workers-bees have deserted the sinking
ship, leaving only the dumb top-management hold the fort.

...Or something like that.

Their mailing address is

It's the same address as

Turner Entertainment-MGM

and

MGM-United Artists

so I think it's just a mail drop.
