Convert Webex WRF to MP4

Anybody got any idea if there exists a tool to convert webex wrf to
mp4 format so that I can watch WebEx's on my ipod. A search did not
reveal a lot.

So far the only conversion I have found for WEBEX WRF is Camtasia screen
capture to AVI; convert to whatever. You can get an eval from
www.techsmith.com and check it out.
