I have seen this done on a YouTube video but don't remember the name of the
video.
Somehow you can select a single frame from a video and use it as a
thumbnail picture when creating a menu using DVD Architech. All this is
done within the program. How is it done?
I have searched the manual but have not found out how to do this.

Can you change the amount the thumbnail is highlighted when it is selected
by the remote control? The amount of highlight currently used by default
makes the thumbnail picture difficult to view.

I welcome any help with these two questions thanks.

Hopefully a picture is worth 1,000 words :)

Click the button on the main screen.
On the Button Properties screen on the right, click Media.
Under Mask, set time to the desired frame.
