I do throwaway, home videos where I capture low rez images with the ATI
all-in-wonder and then scale the MediaPlayer window up when I transfer
to tape. Here is an example,

This may be just the hardware /software combo I want. I assume the
Studio 400 doesn't have the ability to send images from my computer to
tape like the ATI.

As Leebo said, go to my site (URL below) and click on the NSXPO'98 page;
there are two AVI's there from two different tapes, so the quality is not
comparable - the larger (2.2 Mb) AVI is better. Check it out!
